Customer Profile: The customer is a leading provider of digital marketing and website development services.


Problem: The customer was finding it very difficult to hire the right people in time. The amount of effort taken versus the number of people hired was a very high ratio. This was impacting the business as people were not on-boarded in time to execute projects.


Solution: We conducted a comprehensive review of the entire recruitment process and identified ineffective filtering as a key concern. Many candidates were being disqualified despite possessing basic qualifications, and this was not being properly monitored. To address this, we introduced a step wise filtering system and provided management insights into disqualifications. This enabled candidates to be considered for other roles if they were not suitable for the position they were initially evaluated for. Additionally, we incorporated additional insights for candidates disqualified solely based on their communication skills.


Benefit: The revised recruitment approach significantly improved the conversion ratio and streamlined expectations for the roles being hired. As a result, positions were filled at a faster pace, leading to quicker closures.
