Company Profile: A leading manufacturer of packaged food products.
Problem: This COVID-19 situation was reducing footfall in the retail stores since people were staying at home, due to which the sales were dropping. A new sales channel was necessary.
Solution: We worked with the client to build an online eCommerce platform, wherein consumer can order any product they want and the manufacturer directly delivers to their customer. We evaluated multiple vendors, assessed the best fit and project managed the delivery and handover of the online store. We also setup the day to day operations process that the team could follow to enable this new fulfillment channel.
Benefits: The solution has now created a completely new order collection and fulfillment channel which can cater to any geographic location in the country.
