Customer Profile: A medium sized IT Services Company
Problem: The organization had been very deeply involved in investing in new areas of business which resulted in a drain on profitability and it was important for the founders to change the trend and move into a more profitable way of operation.
Solution: We studied the operational model of the organization and created tools by which the profitability of each engagement was tracked on a monthly basis and alarms were triggered when profitability went below a certain level. On a monthly basis the organization profitability was made visible to the founders based on which certain GO/NOGO decisions were taken with certain clients.
Benefit: Over a period of a year the profitability of the organization has significantly grown.
