Problem:​ Due to the nature of work the clients' proposals were purely focused on the development and delivery of website and social media marketing services due to the competition in this space the customer would face significant pricing challenges.


Solution: We worked with the client and, through multiple brainstorming sessions, evolved a stronger value proposition and pitch which they could make to their prospective customers, enabling better pricing and more competent value presentation in their proposals.


Benefit: The client was able to see how the same work that they were doing could be packaged smartly and presented to the client, leading to greater value realization compared to previous approaches.
