Problem: The CEO was focused on growing his business and was unable to identify what was holding him back. He wanted us to evaluate his business and give him a roadmap on how he could go forward.


Solution: We worked with this client for a short dip-stick study where we evaluated all his operational business processes. We mapped his business growth plans against the infrastructure and people. We submitted a report with recommendations on the areas he needed to work on to realize his business plans.
