Customer Profile: A startup in the area of automotive products and services


Problem: Two founders of this startup had been working on a plan for over 18 months to launch a portal that would sell products and services focused on the automobile sector. Between them they were unable to put together a roadmap that would take the business live.


Solution: We worked with both these founders, defined the product, defined the business roadmap, and defined the products and services, which would be offered as part of this business. We created a schedule in which these products would come on board onto the sales platform. We worked with the founders to create this eCommerce platform. We built an exchange model based pricing engine which could be used to price these products in line with the growth in traffic and implemented the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) methodology to take the business live. This was achieved in a time frame of 4 months.


Benefit: The founders were able to convert a business idea into a running business after having struggled with it for 18 months.
