Problem: The company faced challenges related to accountability throughout all levels, causing unease among management and HR.


Solution: We thoroughly examined the entire organization and formulated job descriptions, established organizational charts, reporting hierarchies, and performance metrics. This information was conveyed clearly to all personnel. Additionally, we implemented a biannual appraisal system, offering individuals feedback on their performance. Variable Pays were then determined based on performance, while salary increments were tied to objective performance evaluations.

Furthermore, we compiled the organization's HR policy manual, encompassing all policies, procedures, and employee benefits, to be adhered to by all staff members.
