Customer Profile: The customer is a leading provider of digital marketing and website development services.

Problem: The organization faced challenges in monitoring overall effort utilization, project-wise profitability, and manpower effectiveness due to the involvement of the same individuals across multiple projects.

Solution: We worked with the client to develop a very smart effort-tracking system by implementing a project-wise effort utilization system through which granular tracking of person-wise efforts was possible. Each person would fill in their time utilization end map it to the project at the end of every business day we coached the project managers and team leaders to effectively implement this system.

Benefit: The client was able to monitor the efforts of each project and track the same vis-à-vis the budget. As a result, profitability was enhanced at each project level.
