Customer Profile: A large manufacturing organization with a history of over 50 years


Problem: As part of the transformation of the organization, the CEO wanted to have a 360° view of how the company is performing and prioritize the areas that needed his attention for ongoing improvement.


Solution: We were involved with this client in a 360° turnaround consulting engagement. We implemented the balanced scorecard framework where the entire organization was mapped onto a KPI framework and each department had its KPIs clearly defined. In a tangible, measurable fashion the CEO was able to define the expectations of each department and these expectations were monitored, measured, analyzed and reviewed to be able to define the performance levels of each area.


Benefit: The client now has complete control and knowledge of the performance levels of all teams in the organization. There is no ambiguity as every KPI is measurable and improvements can be demonstrated in a very tangible way.
